What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage complex projects and provide technical reviews and project management support for clients
Prepare major proposals and contracts, and develop complex engineering reports
Interface with federal and state regulatory authorities on intricate projects
Oversee client contracting and maintain internal and external client relationships
Lead, mentor, and manage technical staff while ensuring project safety compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or closely related field; MS or PhD desirable
Minimum of 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience within professional consulting services
Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with a reputation as a technical leader
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret technical information

Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business
Creative and innovative problem-solving skills in complex situations
Proven ability to influence others and develop direct reportsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail
