What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage complex projects and provide technical review and project management support for clients
Prepare and make decisions on major proposals and contracts
Develop engineering reports and deliver presentations to clients
Interface with regulatory authorities and oversee client contracting processes
Lead and mentor engineering teams while managing project budgets
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or closely related field; MS or PhD desirable
Minimum 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience in professional consulting services
Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills

Reputation as a technical leader in the industry, regionally or nationally
Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business
Ability to mentor less experienced engineers in applying engineering principles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively
