What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage complex engineering projects and provide technical review and project management support
Prepare and evaluate major proposals and contracts while delivering professional geotechnical solutions
Interface with federal and state regulatory authorities on intricate projects
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and marketing strategies
Lead and mentor technical staff while overseeing project teams and ensuring adherence to safety policies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or closely related field; MS or PhD desirable
Minimum 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience in professional consulting services
Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with interpersonal skills

Established reputation as a technical leader in the industry, regionally or nationally
Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities
Ability to mentor less experienced engineers in applying engineering principles
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize work effectively
