Job Responsibilities
Manage and provide technical review and project management support for complex engineering projects
Prepare major proposals and contracts while making key decisions
Develop and deliver client presentations to strengthen relationships and assist with marketing strategies
Oversee client contracting and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and manage technical staff while ensuring adherence to safety policies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or a closely related field; MS or PhD desirable
Minimum of 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience in professional consulting services
Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret complex technical information
Preferred Qualifications
Established reputation as a technical leader in the industry, regionally or nationally
Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business
Ability to mentor less experienced engineers in applying engineering principles
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize work effectively
Experience with project budgeting and financial management
