Regional Business Director, Immunology Gastroenterology (West) Join Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine as Regional Business Director (West Region). This field‑based, regional leadership role focuses on driving growth across gastrointestinal and immunology accounts, managing a team of District Managers and Sales Specialists, and collaborating with cross‑disciplinary stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the regional team to maximize sales opportunities, applying resources and effort to achieve results.

Develop and execute an aligned business plan that meets J&J business and brand strategies, delivering compliant product sales growth and volume objectives while addressing customer and marketplace needs.

Collaborate extensively with key internal partners (Sales Leadership, Brand, Strategic Customer Group, Pricing Strategy, Commercial Excellence, etc.) and external stakeholders to build optimal access, establish relationships, and facilitate positive business interactions.

Coach and develop District Managers and Sales Specialists on critical business competencies and leadership imperatives, promoting diverse, high‑performing teams.

Set overall account goals and objectives, and lead development and oversight of account metrics and business performance.

Qualifications – Required

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.

Seven (7) years of related experience, including five (5) years of cross‑functional experience in key commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Access/Payer, Analytics, Business Development).

Prior direct people‑management/leadership experience.

Ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high‑performing, diverse teams.

Demonstrated commercial capabilities and success in prior commercial roles.

Preferred Qualifications

Cross‑functional experience beyond sales and sales learning & development.

Health‑care or related experience in pharmaceuticals.

Prior experience as a professional sales representative and/or District Manager.

Direct experience in in‑line marketing and/or strategic marketing.

Sales and/or marketing experience in gastroenterology.

Pay Base pay range: $165,000 – $250,000.
