Job Responsibilities

Serve as the ultimate authority during your shift.

Control all cost, inventory, and cash management.

Maintain customer relations and enforce all policies and procedures 100% of the time.

Set the example and lead the crew with integrity and professionalism.

Manage staffing, paperwork, food and supply inventory, scheduling, marketing and store cleanliness.

Ensure a perfect store image, compliance with standards, and profitability.

Ensure attendance, punctuality, and reliable transportation to and from work.

Qualifications

Operate all equipment efficiently.

Stock ingredients and manage walk‑in cooler, storage, and work area supplies.

Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders.

Track inventory and complete necessary paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility daily.

Complete orientation and on‑the‑job training.

Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with customers and team members.

Perform accurate math, make correct monetary change, and enter orders on a computer or touchscreen.

Demonstrate motor coordination, visual processing, and quick response to tasks.

Use a computer keyboard or touchscreen for order entry.

Essential Functions / Skills

Perform mathematical operations accurately and quickly.

Provide correct monetary change.

Employ verbal, written, and telephone skills to process orders.

Maintain superior hand‑eye coordination for precise, rapid movements.

Enter orders using a keyboard or touchscreen.

Work Conditions Environmental factors include varying weather when removing trash, temperature extremes (36°F–90°F+), exposure to food odors, crumbs, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces from ovens up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing

Phone communication and hearing.

Near, mid‑range, and depth vision for store tasks.

Ability to discern hot from cold surfaces.

Temperaments

Direct activities, repetitive tasks, solo and team work, performance under stress, strict quality standards, interpersonal relations, data analysis, judgment, and decision‑making.

Physical Requirements

Standing most tasks; walking short distances; maintaining comfort on ceramic, tile, brick or linoleum surfaces.

Paperwork normally completed on a desk or table.

Lift and load bulk deliveries (up to 50 lbs) onto shelves up to 72 inches high.

Carry, push, pull, and climb as required for product handling and maintenance.

Occasional bending, squatting, and reaching to access high or low areas.

Additional Driving Requirements

Deliver product by car to customers, distribute flyers, and support door‑hangers.

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Insured vehicle available for delivery.

Navigate delivery locations, including adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings.

Manage stairs and climbing duties during delivery.

Carrying pizzas and beverages while driving and walking.
