Manage complex projects and provide technical review and project management support Prepare and make decisions on major proposals and contracts Develop and deliver client presentations and assist with marketing strategies Oversee client contracting and maintain internal and external client relationships Lead, mentor, and develop technical staff while managing project teams What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or closely related field; MS or PhD desirable Minimum 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience in professional consulting services Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with strong interpersonal skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Reputation as a technical leader in the industry regionally or nationally Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business Ability to influence others and mentor less experienced engineers Creative and innovative thinking in resolving complex issues Highly organized with strong multi-tasking skills
