to join their Boston-based Talent Acquisition team. This is a 6-month assignment with a strong possibility of conversion for a high-performing recruiter.

Information Technology, Data, Innovation, and Artificial Intelligence .
What You’ll Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT, Data, Innovation, and AI roles
Partner closely with hiring leaders to define needs, craft strategies, and set expectations
Proactively source and engage top technical talent through networking and research-driven outreach
Build and maintain pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs
Provide market insights and data-driven updates to stakeholders
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience aligned with organizational values
Maintain accurate ATS documentation (
Deliver weekly status updates on pipelines, search activity, and progress
What We’re Looking For
5–10 years
of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally focused on technical roles
Experience in
AEC (architecture/engineering/construction)
or adjacent industries strongly preferred
Proven success sourcing and placing candidates in areas like software engineering, data analytics, product, DevOps, and AI
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong relationship-building and consultative skills
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
ATS experience required (iCIMS a plus)
