Recruiter – 6-Month Contract (Potential to Convert) A construction company is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple business units. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and partners closely with hiring leaders.
Role Overview Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a strong candidate experience. You’ll join a collaborative TA team that values professionalism, curiosity, accountability, and high performance.
Location & Compensation Hybrid: 4 days onsite in Boston, Fridays remote
(Some flexibility during contract; onsite required if converted)
Pay: $55–$65/hr
Conversion: $115,000–$140,000
Background check required (can start pending)
Responsibilities Full-lifecycle recruiting for multiple functions
Partner with hiring leaders to define needs and build sourcing strategies
Build/maintain strong talent pipelines
Identify and engage top candidates
Provide market insights and weekly recruiting updates
Maintain accurate ATS documentation (iCIMS preferred)
Qualifications 5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience with high-volume requisitions
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Ability to work with urgency and adapt quickly
ATS experience required; bachelor’s preferred
