Overview
Domino’s Pizza is hiring General Managers to lead stores and deliver exceptional pizza service. If you have judgment, math skills and the ability to multitask, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Oversee all operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash control and customer relations.
Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash, food management, scheduling, image, marketing and profitability.
Maintain store cleanliness, great customer service and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications
Operate all equipment and prepare product.
Stock ingredients, take inventory, complete paperwork and clean equipment daily.
Provide training and orientation to new team members.
Strong verbal, written and telephone communication skills.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately; make correct monetary change.
Motor coordination and ability to enter orders using computer or touch screen.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, carry trays and perform repetitive tasks.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for delivery if required.
