You want to be the boss? Well now's your chance – Domino’s Pizza is hiring bosses, more specifically general managers. It’s a tough job that needs a natural like you. Of course, you'll need some skills – judgment, math and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Oversee all operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.

Set a positive example and enforce all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from the crew.

Manage staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, marketing, profitability and store cleanliness.

Maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Ensure attendance and punctuality for yourself and the team.

Transport products by car when necessary and manage delivery operations.

Qualifications

Operate all equipment and use specialized tools such as pizza cutters and peels.

Handle inventory: stock ingredients, receive and process telephone orders, and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Strong communication skills: give correct written instructions, assist customers verbally, and process orders over the phone or in person.

Basic math abilities: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change; enter orders on keyboard or touch screen.

Physical coordination: motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers, and the ability to perform precise movements with speed.

Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery duties.

Essential Functions / Skills

Add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly.

Make correct monetary change.

Verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing.

Motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements.

Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather conditions during outside tasks; in-store temperatures ranging from 36°F to over 90°F; sudden temperature changes. Exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters (including walk-in cooler), hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Physical Demands

Standing and walking for extended periods; occasional climbing stairs or ladders.

Performing stooping, bending, and reaching tasks continuously throughout the day.

Carrying heavy items during deliveries (up to 50 pounds) and handling trays, pizza dough, and other supplies.

Persuasive use of hands for shaping pizza dough, manipulating pizza peel, rolling cutter, and assembling boxes.

Driving Requirements

Deliver product by car to customer locations.

Deliver flyers and door hangers.

Must navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
