What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide technical leadership and direction to federal customers and internal teams for pre-sales activities
Analyze, design, and develop fully integrated technology solutions tailored to customer needs
Demonstrate expertise in the employer's products and competitive offerings in the data management space
Build and maintain relationships with account teams, partners, and customers to support sales objectives
Qualify sales opportunities based on customer technical requirements and decision-making processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
5-7 years of sales engineering experience, preferably in a software or data center environment
Fundamental technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup, disaster recovery, and data analytics
Strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and a "get it done" attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple calls and demos per day
High level of business acumen with experience working with CxO level personnel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in delivering technical presentations to senior management and technical staff
Proven track record of developing innovative solutions to meet complex business challenges
Adaptability and open-mindedness in approaching new technologies and methodologies
