This is a 0→1 strategic ownership role responsible for the Activation Journey, New User Experience (NUX), and the Checkout experience, turning complex financial compliance into an instant, delightful consumer experience.
What You’ll Do

Build 0→1 Growth Bets: Identify and launch features that drive activation, such as gamified onboarding, instant wallet provisioning, and first‑use incentives.
Obsess Over the Funnel: Manage the end‑to‑end checkout and activation funnel, eliminating friction and optimising for speed, clarity, and delight.
Cross‑Functional Leadership: Act as the conductor for a complex group of stakeholders, partnering with Engineering, Design, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
Navigate Complexity: Work with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to onboard users safely without sacrificing speed.
Drive Activation Economics: Own metrics such as Time‑to‑First‑Transaction, 30‑Day Activation Rates, and Wallet Provisioning penetration.
