Order Picker

Job Summary:
We are looking for a diligent Order Picker to join our busy warehouse team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately locating and retrieving products to fulfill customer orders. Your attention to detail and efficiency are crucial for maintaining our high standards of service. You'll work with advanced warehouse systems and equipment to ensure orders are picked quickly and correctly. This is a key position within our Logistics department, contributing directly to the satisfaction of our clients. We maintain a strong focus on workplace Safety and provide all necessary training and equipment, including required PPE . Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order requirements.
• Utilize RF scanners and other technology to track inventory.
• Verify product information and quantities against order details.
• Transport picked items to the packing or shipping station.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of picking areas.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Adhere strictly to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily picking targets.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
• Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
• Capacity for Lifting items weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Basic understanding of warehouse Logistics and inventory management.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and using required PPE .
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
