Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order details and scanner data.
- Navigate the warehouse efficiently to locate items.
- Ensure the correct quantity and type of items are picked.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate pallet jacks or other lifting devices as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages to supervision.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse roles is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Capability for regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Dedication to workplace Safety and consistent use of PPE .
