Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick a variety of products from warehouse shelves using pick lists, scanners, or other electronic devices.
- Transport picked items to the packing or shipping station.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order specifications.
- Assist in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts (if certified).
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform regular lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Report any stock discrepancies or issues to a supervisor.
- Contribute to efficient workflow and meet daily picking targets.
- Participate in inventory management activities as required.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product information.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capability of performing frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Dedication to workplace safety.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
