Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Stage packed orders for pickup by carriers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the picking and packing stations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to Safety .
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Proficient in reading order pick lists and identifying product SKUs.
- Must be able to handle moderate physical activity, including some Lifting of up to 30 lbs.
- Understanding and use of required PPE , such as gloves and safety shoes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
