Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Use of scanning devices and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Transport picked items to packing or staging areas.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in picking zones.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines diligently.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times in designated areas.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock counts as needed.
- Contribute to efficient order fulfillment and logistics.
- Perform tasks involving regular lifting and moving of products.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and PPE usage.
