Responsibilities

Oversee all activities during shifts, ensuring efficient operation.

Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.

Set a high standard of behavior and enforce all policies and procedures 100% of the time.

Handle staffing, paperwork, and scheduling.

Maintain food quality, store cleanliness, and image standards.

Provide great customer service and ensure attendance & punctuality.

Coordinate transportation to/from work and local marketing activities.

Drive profitability for the store.
