Overview & Responsibilities As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a critical member of the TA team, collaborating with business partners and HR to support organizational growth. This is a remote, contract-only position to start, though there is potential for long-term extension as the organization reviews its current sizing and needs.

This role is being opened as a backfill to provide a full-time, dedicated recruiting resource following a team restructure. We are currently experiencing an unexpected spike in workload due to new contract wins and business transformation, requiring a recruiter who can hit the ground running. You will… • Manage a requisition load typically ranging from 35 to 50 active roles. • Focus on high-volume, primarily hourly roles that often do not require active sourcing (responsibilities include processing candidates, validating skills, and facilitating the offer process). • Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders to understand job requirements and critical position aspects. • Act as a subject matter expert and brand ambassador, promoting a positive company image to all potential candidates. • Maintain requisitions and applicant flow within the ATS (iCIMS) to ensure department procedures and compliance are followed.

Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of recruiting experience – OR – High School diploma and 8+ years of recruiting experience. • Recent experience and specific knowledge of the nuances of clinical recruiting. • Must have experience managing a high-volume (30+) of open positions. • Must have the ability to manage many moving parts simultaneously without getting flustered. • Must have strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to represent the organization professionally. • Must have proven ability to collaborate with all levels of management and external sources.
