Job Responsibilities

Direct and oversee the entire sales process, targeting customers in the US Army market

Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the defense sector

Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development

Manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities and regularly update the CRM database

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MIMO solutions to effectively communicate product value

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience

Prior US DOD military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibilityDeep understanding of US Army procurement processes and related program offices

Knowledge of military C2/C5ISR/EW/SIGINT applications and acquisition experience

Must possess or be able to obtain a SECRET US Government security clearance within 12 months

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field

Proven track record managing complex accounts in military communications

Strong network at Army program offices, commands, and installations

Experience with MANET and/or radio solutions and understanding of alternative technologies

Excellent communication skills and leadership experience
