What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage day-to-day account relationships for multiple OEM/Prime accounts

Oversee the complete sales cycle from RFQ receipt to closing sales, identifying opportunities for recurring orders

Actively pursue new business opportunities for Silvus technology insertion within OEM/Prime accounts

Establish and maintain strong relationships with engineers, program managers, and procurement officers

Contribute to building a robust pipeline of B2B opportunities and regularly update CRM with forecasts

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience

Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field

Proven track record of successful B2B sales of technical components or embedded systems

Strong B2B account management and relationship-building skills

U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a SECRET US Government security clearance within 12 months

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field

Experience in business development and sales within autonomous military systems

Familiarity with alternative MANET technologies and their relative strengths
