What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Direct and oversee the entire sales process for Silvus’ MIMO‑MANET products within the US Army account
Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the US Army market
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
Contribute to building a robust pipeline of business opportunities and regularly update the CRM database
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MIMO solutions to effectively communicate their value to customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
Prior US DOD military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility
Deep understanding of US Army procurement and related programsKnowledge of military C2/C5ISR/EW/SIGINT applications
Must have clearance at SECRET level; OR the ability to obtain a SECRET US Government security clearance within 12 months of the start date
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field
Proven track record managing complex accounts and influencing long‑term acquisition programs
Extensive US Army communications focused experience
Strong technical acumen and understanding of US Army tactical communications challenges
Strong communication skills and a solid network at Army program offices
