What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as the primary point of contact and manage relationships for multiple OEM/Prime accounts
Oversee the complete sales cycle for OEM/Prime partners, from RFQ receipt to sale closure
Identify new opportunities for Silvus technology integration within OEM/Prime products
Build and maintain strong technical and business relationships with partner engineers and procurement officers
Contribute to a robust pipeline of B2B opportunities and maintain CRM updates
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
Minimum 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field
Proven track record of successful B2B sales of technical components or embedded systems
Experience managing complex account relationships with large corporations, particularly in defense or technology sectors
Must have or be able to obtain a SECRET US Government security clearance within 12 months of start date

Experience in business development and sales within autonomous military systems
Working knowledge of alternative MANET technologies and their competitive advantages
