Marley & Associates is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an Am Law 50 firm for a high-caliber associate to join its Tier 1 Antitrust & Competition practice.
Responsibilities Handle sophisticated antitrust matters, including civil litigation, DOJ and FTC civil conduct investigations, and criminal enforcement proceedings. Provide direct client interaction and support market-leading antitrust work within a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Qualifications
2–6 years of experience (law school classes 2019–2023) handling sophisticated antitrust matters.
Strong foundation in substantive antitrust law.
Experience interacting with federal enforcement agencies, especially prior DOJ or FTC service.
Outstanding academic credentials and experience working on complex, high‑stakes matters.
