Responsibilities
Direct and oversee the entire sales process, targeting customers aligned with the company's strategic objectives
Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the United States Marine Corps (USMC) market
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
Stay updated on market trends, competitor actions, and set annual targets for new business
Build and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities while regularly updating the CRM database
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college plus a minimum of 4 years of business development and sales experience in a technical field; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 8 years of relevant experience
Prior US DoD military service with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility
Deep understanding of USMC procurement processes and relevant program offices
Knowledge of military C2, C5ISR, EW, or SIGINT applications
Must have clearance at SECRET level or the ability to obtain it within 12 months of the start date
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in business development and sales of autonomous military systems
Extensive USMC or Naval Special Warfare (NSW) experience
Strong technical acumen regarding USMC tactical communications challenges
Leadership and program management experience
A successful track record in sales of MANET and/or radio solutions
