Administrative/Office Coordinator
Pay Range:
$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across multiple teams, including phone handling, filing, scanning, copying, mailing, and inventory management.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex calls across time zones.
Handle travel arrangements and expense processing for team members.
Coordinate office events, recruiting activities, client meetings, and conference rooms.
Assist teams in client service operations, ensuring high standards of operational excellence and customer service.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
Familiarity with expense platforms (SAP Concur, Ariba) is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate professional environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented with ability to collaborate globally.
Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and learn quickly.
Strong critical thinking, judgment, and integrity.
