Administrative/Office Coordinator
Pay Range: $30.00/hr - $35.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across multiple teams, including phone handling, filing, scanning, copying, mailing, and inventory management.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex calls across time zones.
- Handle travel arrangements and expense processing for team members.
- Coordinate office events, recruiting activities, client meetings, and conference rooms.
- Assist teams in client service operations, ensuring high standards of operational excellence and customer service.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
- Familiarity with expense platforms (SAP Concur, Ariba) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate professional environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented with ability to collaborate globally.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and learn quickly.
- Strong critical thinking, judgment, and integrity.
