Administrative/Office Coordinator

Pay Range: $30.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across multiple teams, including phone handling, filing, scanning, copying, mailing, and inventory management.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex calls across time zones.
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense processing for team members.
  • Coordinate office events, recruiting activities, client meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Assist teams in client service operations, ensuring high standards of operational excellence and customer service.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with expense platforms (SAP Concur, Ariba) is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate professional environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with ability to collaborate globally.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and learn quickly.
  • Strong critical thinking, judgment, and integrity.
