Responsibilities & Duties

Serve as Records, Forms and Business Services Support Analyst within the Financial and Business Management Division – Business Management Bureau (FBMD‑BMB).

Perform technical and analytical work in Records Management, Forms Management, and Business Services, including Emergency Preparedness and FBMD‑BMB Web Administration.

Provide high initiative, excellent customer service, and support the development and implementation of technical, analytical, and staff administrative activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum qualifications must be verified by submitting a degree, transcript, license, or certificate.

Experience or knowledge in records and forms management and business services is preferred.

Eligibility for state civil service exam and/or current/former civil service employee transfer is required.

Statement of Qualifications, resume, and copies of required documents must be attached.
