Base pay range : $50,000 – $125,000 per year.

Job Overview As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you will develop and grow your own practice with the support of branch associates, a home‑office team, and regional advisors. Key Responsibilities

Build relationships to acquire new clients through face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, referrals, social media, speaking engagements).

Deeply understand clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies.

Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience aligned with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.

Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve business results.

Create an engaging environment of trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.

Complete ongoing training and maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.

Earning Potential

Hiring Minimum / Maximum Minimum $50,000; Maximum $125,000.

Requirements

Series 7 and Series 66 required.

Experience in financial services, with in‑depth knowledge of investment products and a track record of success.

State insurance licenses preferred.

Preferred additional designations: CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC®, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.

Strong communication skills and self‑starter.

Skilled in long‑term relationship building.
