Job Overview As a Financial Advisor, you will grow your own practice with the support of branch associates, a home‑office team, and regional advisors. You will serve a diverse client base, generate new business, and deliver comprehensive solutions that meet clients' long‑term financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships and acquire new clients with face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (networking, referrals, social media, speaking engagements).
Deeply understand clients’ needs and priorities to accelerate trust and create personalized strategies that help them achieve their goals.
Oversee branch processes to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience that complies with policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the business plan to improve effectiveness and reach desired results.
Create an engaging environment in the branch that promotes mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
Complete ongoing training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
Receive firm‑provided branch office and client support resources.
Candidate Qualifications
Series 7 and Series 66 required.
Experience in financial services working with clients, with a track record of success in investment products.
Preferred: state insurance licenses and additional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, or CRPC™.
