Architect, design, and develop a cloud-based Clinical Interoperability platform using Go on AWS infrastructure Integrate third-party interface engines to facilitate data exchange between healthcare systems Ensure compliance with healthcare interoperability standards and regulations such as HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA Lead and mentor a team of engineers in AWS development and cloud security best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure interoperability and compliance with healthcare standards What is Required (Qualifications)

7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an IT-related field Strong proficiency in Go programming language and hands-on experience with AWS services Proven experience in building and deploying cloud-based SaaS solutions focused on clinical interoperability Deep expertise in healthcare interoperability standards, specifically HL7 and FHIR How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with third-party interface engines such as Mirth, Cloverleaf, and Rhapsody Strong understanding of clinical data exchange workflows and integration patterns Ability to design solutions ensuring compliance with interoperability standards and healthcare regulations We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
