What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Architect, design, and develop a cloud‑based Clinical Interoperability platform using Go on AWS infrastructure

Integrate third‑party interface engines to facilitate data exchange between healthcare systems

Ensure compliance with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) and regulations (HIPAA)

Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment

Lead and mentor a team of engineers in best practices for AWS development and cloud security

What is Required (Qualifications):

7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an IT‑related field

Strong proficiency in Go programming language

Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services

Proven experience in building and deploying cloud‑based SaaS solutions focused on clinical interoperability

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Deep expertise in healthcare interoperability standards, specifically HL7 and FHIR

Experience with third‑party interface engines such as Mirth, Cloverleaf, and Rhapsody

Strong understanding of clinical data exchange workflows and integration patterns

Ability to design solutions ensuring compliance with interoperability standards and healthcare regulations
