Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) across manufacturing operations.
Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Facilitate and lead Kaizen events, workshops, and problem-solving sessions with cross-functional teams.
Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to employees at all levels on CI methodologies and tools.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the impact and sustainability of improvement initiatives.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting engagement, ownership, and adherence to CI principles.
Collaborate with department managers to integrate CI practices into daily operations and strategic planning.
Recommended Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Minimum 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment
Proven track record of driving significant operational improvements and cost savings
Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control, and root cause analysis
Demonstrated ability to lead change management efforts and cross-functional teams
Bonus Qualifications
Expertise in Theory of Constraints (TOC) methodologies.
Experience integrating Continuous Improvement with Industry 4.0 or digital transformation initiatives.
Proficiency with advanced data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Certification or significant experience in formal change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci).
Experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs.
