As a US Experienced Financial Advisor at Edward Jones, you will build, grow, and manage your own practice within a dedicated branch and a world‑class support network. You’ll provide personalized, comprehensive financial strategies to clients while maintaining a high‑quality, compliant client experience. Key Responsibilities
Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and speaking engagements). Deeply understand clients' and prospects' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies. Oversee branch processes and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality client experience consistent with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines. Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve desired results. Create a highly engaging branch environment based on mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability. Complete ongoing training and maintain registrations and licenses in good standing. Receive a firm‑provided branch office to support your practice. Leverage a client support team to lighten the load so you can focus on clients. Work independently with a large support network extending from your local branch to the home office and beyond.

Compensation and Earnings
No ceiling to earning potential. Compensation is tied to effort and includes base salary, commissions, bonuses, profit‑sharing, and incentive travel. Example terms: Hiring Minimum $50,000 – Hiring Maximum $125,000. Calculators are available upon request.

Candidate Qualifications
Series 7 and Series 66 required. Experience in financial services with clients and a track record of success. State insurance licenses preferred.
