Starting Wage: $17.00 - $19.00 / Hour
Employment Type: Part‑time
Responsibilities
Coach and train Inventory Associates to achieve accuracy standards.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow to support daily operations.
Lead and engage as the primary point of contact for event‑related concerns, supporting directives from the Area or District Manager.
Promote a culture that reflects WIS core values: service, pride, integrity, results, innovation, teamwork.
Support operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement.
Represent WIS in a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.
Strong customer‑service and conflict‑resolution abilities.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to support the District Manager and customer commitments.
Physical capability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout shifts.
Familiarity with handheld scanners or count tools.
Attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Willingness to undergo pre‑employment investigative consumer report, drug screen, and meet WIS Fleet requirements if applicable.
Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or required fleet qualifications.
