Title: Associate Attorney
Hours: 8-5 pm
Location: Phoenix - Hybrid
Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Qualifications
J.D. or LL.M. required
Admission to practice in California required
Commercial litigation experience required
Asbestos/toxic tort experience preferred
Trial experience required
Exceptional legal writing and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
Proactive problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
Responsibilities
Take depositions and participate in hearings and mediations as required
Draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents
Prepare correspondence for clients and colleagues
Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other resources
Draft interrogatories and document requests
Review document collections in preparation for litigation
File legal documents with the court
