Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, addressing member inquiries
Accurately document all interactions and ensure records are updated and complete

Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality and customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong communication and active listening skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or healthcare certification preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software
Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus

Associate degree or healthcare certification
Experience in a healthcare setting
