2026 - Culinary Professionals - Special Diet (Allergen) Chef / Sous Chef - Seasonal Relocation (not local). Wolfoods operates summer camp kitchens across the country between May – September. This is a hands-on and demanding position. All culinary staff will live on site at the job location; room, board, and travel assistance are provided. This role requires knowledge of food allergens and the ability to create dishes for individuals with multiple dietary restrictions. Responsibilities

Maintain and implement the Wolfoods Camp Food Service Program Plan, execute, and ensure timely food production with correct quantity and quality Prepare scratch-made items and supervise/coaching of support staff in kitchen and dining hall Communicate professionally with children, exchange students, staff, directors, managers, counselors, leaders, specialists, and diners Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary surroundings in a fast-paced environment Uphold Wolfoods Standards of Service & Quality and Health Department Sanitation Standards Manage staff, inventory, and procurement; maintain accurate par levels and lead times for special diet ingredients Follow standardized recipes and use weights/measures to ensure recipe accuracy Attend in-service trainings and staff meetings; participate in planning, scheduling, directing, and training May act as front-of-house supervisor in the absence of other Wolfoods staff Identify and communicate allergen information, including the Big 9 allergens Qualifications & Requirements

2+ years of commercial kitchen experience Minimum three professional references required with application submission Proficient in relevant skills related to the role; quality-driven and self-motivated Ability to maintain a clean work environment and uphold Health Department Standards Ability to lead a team and take direction Minimum 6-day, 70-hour work week Must live on-site in a rural setting with possible shared living spaces Ability to work under pressure in environments with varying temperatures Must be able to stand for long periods and lift/carry at least 50 pounds Must be able to bend, stretch, and reach for extended periods ServSafe Allergens Certification (company sponsored) before camp start Ability to identify the Big 9 Allergens and communicate effectively Ability to cook from scratch with minimal supervision Ability to adapt a menu to cater to dietary needs Ideal Candidates Are
