What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for Auto and Home

Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections

Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day

Maintain all necessary state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships

Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bilingual Spanish-English skills required

Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with strong negotiation skills

Preferred sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

High‑speed broadband cable internet service with specified speed requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in inbound sales is a plus

Previous sales experience in a customer-facing role

Ability to adapt to fixed schedules for the first year of employment

Experience working in a metric‑driven sales organization
