What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Execute scheduled and ad‑hoc cycle counts, pick‑path verifications, and bin audits to ensure inventory accuracy
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and lost/found bin issues
Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive process improvements
Mentor new and existing team members on WMS best practices and inventory controls
Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a transaction‑intensive warehouse or distribution center environment
Proficiency in operating material‑handling equipment and common office tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to sort numerical data and recognize trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration at all organizational levels
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Relevant certifications such as CPIM or Six Sigma
Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills with experience in training peers
Ability to adapt to changing workloads and lift up to 50 lbs.
