Execute scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts, pick-path verifications, and bin audits to ensure inventory accuracy Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and lost/found bin issues through root-cause analysis Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory and develop actionable reports Mentor team members on warehouse management system best practices and safety procedures Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead continuous improvement initiatives What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a transaction-intensive warehouse or distribution center environment Proficient in operating material-handling equipment and common office tools, including Excel and Word Strong analytical skills with the ability to sort numerical data and recognize trends Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration at all organizational levels High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Relevant certifications such as CPIM or Six Sigma Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience in a warehouse setting Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs. and adapt to changing workloads Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Kaizen We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
