What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Execute scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts, verifying inventory accuracy and resolving discrepancies
Research, reconcile, and process exception orders and returns within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive process improvements and mitigate risk
Mentor team members on WMS best practices, inventory controls, and safety procedures
Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a transaction-intensive warehouse or distribution center environment
Proficient in operating material‑handling equipment and common office tools, including Excel and Word
Strong analytical skills to recognize trends and recommend corrective actions based on numerical data
Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs. and adapt to changing workloads; high school diploma or equivalent required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Associate’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPIM, Six Sigma) is preferred
Experience with inventory management systems and data analysis tools
