What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Execute scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts, pick-path verifications, and bin audits to ensure inventory accuracy
Research, reconcile, and process exception orders, receipts, and returns in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop actionable reports and dashboards for process improvements
Mentor team members on WMS best practices, inventory controls, and safety procedures
Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead or support continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a transaction-intensive warehouse or distribution center environment
Proficient in operating material‑handling equipment and common office tools (Excel, Word, databases)
Strong analytical skills for sorting numerical data and recognizing trends
Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Relevant certifications such as CPIM or Six Sigma
Experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment
Familiarity with Lean initiatives and Kaizen events
Ability to adapt to changing workloads and environments
