Retail Grocery Associate – Inventory
Starting Wage: $16.00 - $19.50 • Part‑time

Key Responsibilities
Count and record inventory with precision; accuracy is essential.
Follow a consistent workflow and playbook for success.
Move between inventory locations, walking or standing for extended periods.
Meet daily performance goals and pursue productivity‑based wage increases.

Requirements
Minimum age 18.
Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work preferred, but no inventory experience required.
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
Comfortable learning handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus, attention to detail, and reliable attendance.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
No degree required; open to non‑career, returning workforce, and military veterans.
Access to reliable transportation.
Working Conditions
Stand for prolonged periods; walk, lift up to 25 lb, and perform repetitive motions.
Frequently work in low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching.
Use ladder, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb.
Travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
