$40,000-$45,000 annually , based on experience Shift:

Direct Hire What You'll Do

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical systems in a manufacturing environment Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime Diagnose issues involving motors, drives, VFDs, sensors, relays, contactors, and PLC-controlled equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams accurately Install, modify, and maintain electrical systems, including 120/240/480V power systems and control panels Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and operational efficiency Document maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and operations teams to resolve equipment issues What We're Looking For

1+ year of manufacturing experience

with a strong focus on electrical maintenance At least 2 years of industrial maintenance or electrical experience

preferred Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems and motor controls Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting (basic to intermediate) Strong mechanical aptitude with proven problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret electrical prints and schematics High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to

50 lbs

and work in an active industrial setting Willingness to work overtime, off-shift hours, or weekends as needed Benefits & Perks
