Job Summary Oversee and lead a team of Inventory Associates to maintain accuracy and efficiency throughout the store. Develop and execute training programs, manage inventory processes, and ensure compliance with company standards and core values.

What You Will Do

Coach and train Inventory Associates—accuracy and consistency are essential.

Follow a clear, consistent workflow—your playbook for success.

Lead & Engage—serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event‑related concerns, supporting directives from the Area or District Manager, and driving operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and help teams meet performance targets.

Team Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time‑management skills.

Strong customer‑service orientation and conflict‑resolution skills.

Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.

Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout shifts.

Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.

Strong focus and attention to detail.

Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.

Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, or meet other fleet driver requirements.

Working Conditions Stand for prolonged periods, walk and use both hands for repetitive motions, perform low‑level tasks such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, use ladders, lift up to 25 lbs., and travel by car or occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: Starting at $18.00 – $20.00 per hour.
