Position
Retail Supervisor – Inventory at WIS International.
Salary and Hours Part‑time. Starting wage: $14.50 – $17.50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and train Inventory Associates—accuracy is critical.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow—use the playbook for success.
Lead and engage: serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event‑related concerns, support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager, and drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement.
Uphold the company’s Core Values (Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation & Teamwork) in a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
Represent the organization and contribute to a culture that values technology, processes and people.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
Strong customer‑service and conflict‑resolution abilities, focused on providing solutions.
Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours to support the District Manager and customer commitments.
Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.
Strong focus and attention to detail.
Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Access to reliable transportation.
Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen.
Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.
