Responsibilities
First and foremost, resonate with our mission, vision, and values and foster a culture of accountability within our workforce that reflects these values.
Utilize your 5+ years of commercial maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, and flooring, plus a high school diploma or equivalent vocational certification(s), proven mechanical aptitude, and proficiency in reading assembly and blueprint drawings to deliver exceptional service to customers with minimal supervision.
Serve as the eyes and ears in the field, completing service tickets in a designated territory cost‑consciously, with high quality and timely delivery.
Maintain clear professional communication with lead technicians, field supervisors, field managers, and office staff on open issues and progress, with thorough documentation.
Be flexible, cooperative, and professional when interacting with employees and customers.
Follow all policies and procedures to ensure safe working conditions.
Travel up to 500–2000 miles per week to client sites with paid mileage reimbursement.
Adapt to a flexible and adaptable schedule, including on‑call, overnight, and weekend availability; some assignments may require short overnight travel (1–4 nights).
Provide reliable transportation capable of carrying tools and equipment (e.g., 16‑ft. ladder, sheet rock, sewer machine), a valid driver’s license, hand tools, and a suitable toolbox; a recommended list will be provided.
Be comfortable and proficient with technology, using industry‑specific software, mobile applications, and digital tools to complete work orders, communicate, and document activities.
Be able to lift up to 80 lbs, apply up to 200 pounds of torque, and perform work while bending, stooping, standing, sitting, and lying down.
