Salary:
$40.86–$60.50 per hour; $85,315–$126,324 per year

Key Responsibilities
Provide experienced, professional nursing care and assess the needs of patients.
Develop individualized nursing plans in coordination with the multidisciplinary team.
Deliver direct nursing interventions and delegate nursing tasks to appropriate staff.
Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans during the shift.
Provide clinical oversight of nursing processes and administrative functions in conjunction with the Registered Nurse Administrative Supervisor.
Lead in establishing, facilitating and implementing the program’s mission, philosophy, goals and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota.
Either:
Bachelor of Nursing and two years of RN experience.
Associate of Nursing or nursing diploma and three years of RN experience.
Certification in an area of expertise equals one year of RN experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with diverse cultural groups and in mental/behavioral health settings.
Additional Requirements Resume must clearly describe relevant experience with dates. Background checks, educational verification, and TB clearance are required.
